Coverage Details:
Guarantee Period:
The guarantee covers your chameleon for 7 days from the date and time of delivery or pickup.
Health Concerns:
If your chameleon shows any signs of illness, lethargy, or abnormal behavior during this period, contact us immediately. We will guide you on next steps, which may include health assessments, husbandry adjustments, or, in some cases, replacement options.
Replacement or Refund:
If the chameleon passes away within the guarantee period and husbandry requirements were met, we will offer a replacement chameleon of similar value, based on availability. Refunds are not provided unless no suitable replacement is available.

Husbandry Requirements:
You are responsible for providing the proper habitat, care, and environment for your chameleon.
This includes:
Temperature & Humidity Control: Appropriate basking and ambient temperatures, along with correct humidity levels, must be maintained.
Lighting: UVB and full-spectrum lighting must be provided.
Diet: A varied diet of gut-loaded, calcium-dusted feeders.
Hydration: A misting system or regular hand misting to provide proper hydration.
Proof of Proper Care:
We may request photos or videos of your chameleon’s enclosure setup and care routine if a claim is submitted under this guarantee.
Notification Timeline:
If an issue arises, you must notify us within the 7-day period to remain eligible for the guarantee. Delayed reporting may void the guarantee.
Exclusions:
The guarantee does not cover:
Improper Husbandry: Health issues or death caused by incorrect care or inadequate setup.
Environmental Conditions: Stress caused by extreme temperatures during unboxing or transport delays due to the buyer's unavailability at delivery.
Injury or Accidents: Harm caused by mishandling or other avoidable incidents.

Provide details about the issue, along with photos or videos if requested.
Allow us to assess the situation and determine eligibility for a replacement.
